This ring came first. It was born in a time when I didn't need answers.

No control. No stronger version of myself. Only permission.

Permission to let feelings exist without correcting them. It carries the rhythm of waves. Movement without forcing. Trust that what arises can also subside.

It doesn't calm emotions. It doesn't restore anything that feels heavy. It allows.

Emotions can move without being held back.
